OUI, Child Endangerment, and Assault and Battery

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Nov. 26 through Nov. 29

Nov. 26

  • *2:21 p.m. Dianne Lawrence, 44, of E. Marion was arrested at Highland Ave. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on a warrant for uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.
  • 7:51 p.m. Darshaun Jackson, 25, of Woonsocket, RI was arrested at S. Main St. on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Nov. 27
  • 1:23 p.m. Marcias Smith, 24, of 15 Sargent Cir. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 5:09 p.m. James Mazzola, 37, of Marlboro, was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of shoplifting.
Nov. 28
  • 1:16 a.m. Stephen Boyle, 25, of 54 West St. was arrested at John Williams St. for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle.
  • 2:36 a.m. Epifanio Hernandez, 31, of 48 James St. was arrested at James St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of property damage.
  • 10:17 p.m. Robert Graf, 42, of 11 Louise St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of assault and battery, destruction of property, and witness intimidation.
Nov. 29
  • 9:57 a.m. Stephen Ryan, 26, of 34 Hutchinson Rd. was arrested at Wilmarth St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
  • 1:49 p.m. Susan Sisson, 59, of 6 Gregory Dr. was arrested at Union St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and intimidating a witness.
  • 6:34 p.m. Kerri Callahan, 36, of 27 Emory St. was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and on a warrant for unregistered motor vehicle.
