OUI, Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon and Defacing Property

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Dec. 30 through Dec. 31

Dec. 30

  • *12:22 a.m. Patrick Horton, 30, of 5 Bank St. Apt. 6F was arrested at Lindsey St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
  • 3:09 a.m. Jason Joyce, 38, of Taunton was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
  • 11:43 a.m. John Meadows, 44, of Everette was arrested at May St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
Dec. 31
  • 7:37 a.m. Kelly Baptista, 33, of 56 Grant St. was arrested at her home on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 7:53 a.m. David Steffen, 46, of 48 Dunham St. Apt. 2B was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with threat to commit a crime.
  • 9:50 a.m. James Mitchell, 21, of 46 James St. Apt. 3 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 10:19 a.m. Tricia Anderson, 38, of 46 James St. Apt. 3 was arrested at her home for suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and defacing property.
  • 11:51 a.m. Kimberly Curry, 27, of 64 Dunham St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Maynard St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
  • 8:27 p.m. Shakira Moreno, 30, of E. Providence, RI was arrested at Newport Ave. on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 11:23 p.m. Cristian Durex, 23, of 1 Bretton Woods Dr. was arrested at Holman St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
