False Bomb Threat and 5th Offense OUI
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.
The following represents arrests between August 15 and August 18.
August 15
- *12:48 a.m. Ryan St. Lawrence, 23, of N. Attleboro was arrested at Hawthorne St. for suspicion possession of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
- 01:17 a.m. Kyle Dimaio, 20, of N. Attleboro was arrested at Hawthorne St. for suspicion of OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
- 6:25 p.m. Jason Nary, 39, of Providence was arrested at 184 S. Main St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness
- 10:21 p.m. Garrett Brooks, 46, was arrested at Roddy Ave. for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle.
- 11:10 p.m. Breiddy Perez Rodriguez, 19, of Pawtucket was arrested at Glendale Rd. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes violation.
- 2:45 a.m. Elliot McKearney, 19, of 68 Peck St. Apt. 1 was arrested at 51 John St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct and a false bomb threat.
- 11:22 p.m. John Coughlin, 57, of 12 Moberg Cir. was arrested on Rt. 95 on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, no inspection sticker and refusing to identify oneself.
- 4:01 p.m. Roland Hurley, 48, of Rockland was arrested at 134 Pleasant St. for suspicion of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open container in a motor vehicle, 5th offense OUI and operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked.
- 2:34 a.m. Kyle Goss, 25, of 24 Peck St. Apt. 1 was arrested at 100 Union St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace and a false fire alarm.
- 12:15 p.m. Brandon Jordan, 22, of 12 Capron St. Apt. 6 was arrested at Carl Jordan Dr. on a warrant and charged with breaking and entering
- 1:57 p.m. Michael Donlevy, 20, of 929 West St. was arrested at Greenfield St. for suspicion of possession of a Class D substance and speeding.
- 11:01 p.m. Tracy Blackham, 31, of Pawtucket was arrested at Thacher St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and speeding
