Police Release Name of Man Killed in Morning Accident

Massachusetts State Police have identified the 20-year-old male who was killed when his truck struck a concrete support beam on I-95 South in North Attleboro.

Police have identified the East Providence man who was killed this morning during an accident on I-95 South in North Attleboro as 20-year-old Glen Duprey.

A preliminary investigation by Massachusetts State Police Trooper Nicholas Canavan showed that Duprey, 20, of East Providence, according to a release by state police. Duprey was pronounced dead at the scene.

Attleboro Fire Capt. Keith Jackson said the fire department was on the scene and extinguished the fire within minutes.

The crash remains under investigation by Troop H of the Massachusetts State Police, with the assistance of the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the State Police Crime Scene Services Section, according to state police.

The left lane of I-95 S was closed for nearly three hours during the attempted rescue and crash investigation.
