Drug Possession, OUI and Resisting Arrest

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Dec. 20 through Dec. 22

Dec. 20

  • *2:55 a.m. Brittany Shea, 19, of 45 Linden St. was arrested at Maple St. for suspicion of possession of a Class E substance, possession of a Class B substance and marked lanes violation.
  • 6:24 p.m. Raymond McCoy, 27, of Woonsocket, RI was arrested at Catherine Dr. on a warrant and charged with disturbing the peace.
  • 7:16 p.m. Alexandra Aubin, 24, of Lincoln RI was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting by concealing.
  • 10:26 p.m. Richard Astacio, 45, of 42 Peck St. No. 6 was arrested at his home for suspicion of defacing property and disturbing the peace.
  • 10:47 p.m. John Normandin, 52, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Thacher St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, a warrant for uninsured motor vehicle/trailer and placed in protective custody for public intoxication. 
Dec. 21
  • 12:58 a.m. Joseph Senna, 27, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 
  • 1:37 a.m. Christopher Kent, 39, of Hanover was arrested on Rte. 95 for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 
  • 12:11 p.m. Steven Dasilva, 31, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Collins St. for suspicion of larceny over $250, theft of motor vehicle parts.
  • 4:34 p.m. Courtney Lambert, 19, of Providence was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.
Dec. 22
  • 4:56 a.m. Tony Ramos, 26, of Seekonk was arrested at Martin St. for suspicion of assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and intimidating a witness.
