Domestic Assault, Resisting Arrest

Nine arrests are reported for Sept. 26-30.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests:

Sept. 26

  • * 9:55 p.m. Christopher E. McDonald, 31, of Norton was arrested at 12 Parker Court on a warrant. He was charged with larceny under $250.
  • 10:19 p.m. Nicholas B. Mousseau, 18, of North Attleborough was arrested on Bank Street on suspicion of being a person under 21 in possession of liquor.

  • 5:22 p.m. Gary Gray, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at his Lester R. Gray Drive home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 6:06 p.m. Jon J. Rockwood, 27, of Attleboro was arrested at his Park Avenue home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 9:08 p.m. Scott E. Woodward, 53, of Attleboro was arrested at his Dennis Street home on suspicion of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
  • 7:22 p.m. Richard S. Wade, 31, of Attleboro was arrested on Park Street on a warrant. He was charged with receiving stolen property.

Sept. 28

  • 6:38 p.m. Michael J. LaBonte, 35, of Attleboro was arrested at his County Street home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).

  • 2:41 p.m. Michael N. McVeigh, 57, of Attleboro was arrested at his Tanglewood Drive home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).

Sept. 30

  • 10:24 p.m. Joel J. Cardoso, 39, of Pawtucket was arrested at 1099 Washington St. on suspicion of a second offense of OUI liquor, failure to stop for police and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was also accused of a marked lanes violation and a motor vehicle lights violation.

*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
