Dangerous Weapon, OUI, Drug Possession

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Sept. 5 and September 8.

Sept. 5

  • *11:19 a.m. Ryan Moniz, 38, of Simsbury, Conn. was arrested at 480 Washington St. for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 12:19 p.m. Corey Marks, 21, of 17 Peck St. was arrested at his home on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Sept. 7
  • 12:25 a.m. Kazzandra Nieves, 17, of 25 Scott St. was arrested at 110 North Main St. for suspicion of receiving stolen property, larceny over $250, breaking and entering into a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and conspiracy.
  • 10:49 a.m. James Chhoeun, 21, of 43 Magnolia St. Apt. 3 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with possessing liquor under the age of 21.
  • 10:18 p.m. Jennifer Chicoine, 35, of 41 Fuller Ave. was arrested at her home for suspicion of assault with a dangerous weapon, and disturbing the peace.
  • 10:42 p.m. Manuel Fuentes, 32, of 15 Mechanic St. Apt. 2 was arrested at South Main St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI drugs, and possession of a Class E substance.
Sept. 8
  • 11:31 p.m. David Vose, 21, of 17 Peck St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of defacing property.
