Attleboro Police Offer Reward for Help in Pellet Shooting

Police are asking the public to call the Attleboro Police Detective's Division with any information about an incident at 21 School St.

A security officer was hit by several pellets shot from a nearby house and the is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person who fired the pellets. 

Attleboro officers and detectives were called to 21 School St. Thursday for a report of a person who had been struck, according to Attleboro Police Det. Sgt. Art Brillon.

When officers arrived at the scene they learned that a security officer was hit by pellets. The officer was treated at the scene by Attleboro Fire Department Paramedics and was transported to where he was treated and released.

The Attleboro Police Department is offering a monetary reward for information that results in an arrest of the suspect. Police are asking anyone who has information about this crime to contact the Detective Division at 508-222-1259.
