Attleboro Police Log: Walking on the Railroad

Seven arrests are reported for the period of July 17-19.

The reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):

July 17

  • *1:32 p.m. Thomas J. Stewart, 32, of North Attleborough was arrested outside Attleboro City Hall on suspicion of a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

  • 1:51 a.m. Marty Anwar Jeffery, 30, of Attleboro was arrested at 50 Pleasant St. on suspicion walking or riding on a railroad track and indecent exposure.
  • 12:25 p.m. Sean M. Gallagher, 29, of Attleboro was arrested at 33 Pleasant St. on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 3:13 p.m. Elias R. Aristondo, 50, of Central Falls was arrested on Collins Street on suspicion of drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and public drinking.
  • 10:45 p.m. Bruce L. Carrion, 30, of Attleboro was arrested at 241 James St. Ext. on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

July 19

  • 3:37 a.m. Rick Phillip Angus, 35, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on 29 Bank St. on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 4:29 p.m. Devin A. Harrison, 18, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on 893 Read St. on suspicion of distributing a Class D drug and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
