Attleboro Police Log: Underage Drinking Bust

Seven people are arrested at a home where underage drinking allegedly takes place.

An Attleboro woman was arrested on the night of April 23 at her home on Nathaniel Paine Road on suspicion of providing alcohol to five people under the age of 21, according to the Attleboro Police Department. Kassie Leigh Wolin, 21, was booked at the Attleboro shortly after midnight on April 24.

The underage people who were at the home were also arrested on suspicion of being persons under 21 in posession of liquor, according to the department. They are Attleboro residents Kayla C. Peters (19), Amanda Lee Ross (18), Armani Francis Bone (19) and Christian Jasper Kunsch (17) as well as 19-year-old Robert A. Dibastiani of North Kingstown.

Christian Durex, 21, was also arrested at the home on a warrant, according to the department. He was charged with larceny over $250.

Attleboro police reported the following other recent arrests:

April 23 

  • * 10:04 a.m. - Raphael R. Elgar, 46, was arrested at his Attleboro home on Prospect Street on a warrant. He was charged with violating a court's abuse prevention order.
  • 1:56 p.m. - John William Knotts, 24, of Attleboro was arrested on County Street on a warrant. He was charged with assault and battery.

April 24

  • 3:18 p.m. - Greg A. Larotonda, a 32-year-old homeless man who was born in Providence, was arrested at Attleboro Crossing Shopping Center on South Main Street on suspicion of open and gross lewdness and on a warrant. He was charged with stealing a motor vehicle. 
  • 5:39 p.m. - Paul E. Johnson, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on Washington Street on suspicion of larceny.
  • 6:56 p.m. - Chaka M. Williams, 23, of Attleboro was arrested on Falmouth Street on suspicion of public drinking.

April 25

  • 12:57 a.m. - Bryan Keith Kemp, a 39-year-old homeless man who was born in Arizona, was arrested on Pine Street on suspicion of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
  • 3:05 a.m. - Russell James Ferrara, 43, of South Attleboro was arrested at his home on Fenton Avenue on suspicion of assault and battery domestic.

April 26

  • 7:05 a.m. - John Enos Silveira, 26, was arrested at his Attleboro home on Foster Street on suspicion of drug trafficking (heroin, morphine and opium), possession to distribute Class B and Class D drugs, drug violation near a school and carrying a firearm without a license. April 27

  • 12:28 p.m.- Robert A. Zanni, 32, of Cranston was arrested at a home on Ingraham Street on suspicion of larceny from a building and four counts of larceny over $250.
  • 5:40 p.m. - Joseph Ludghy, 22, of South Attleboro was arrested at a multi-family building on South Main Street on suspicion of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, possession of a Class B drug and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

April 28 

  • 1:34 a.m. - Rick Phillip Angus, 35, was arrested at his Attleboro home on Bank Street on suspicion of assault and battery domestic.
  • 3:18 a.m. - Marc E. Borgellas, 23, of Attleboro was arrested on Lorusso Drive on suspicion of disturbing the peace and providing liquor to a person under 21.
  • 7:32 p.m. - Keith T. Murray, 33, of North Attleborough, was arrested at a home on Brown Street on suspicion of assault and threat to commit a crime.
  • 10:57 p.m. - Cory T. Smith, 36, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on County Street on suspicion of assault and battery domestic.
