Attleboro Police Log: OUI, Assault

The  reported the following recent arrests:

June 28

• 1:22 a.m. Francisco Lopes Tavares, 44, of Pawtucket was arrested on Hackett Avenue on suspicion of a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. He was also accused of a marked lanes violation.
• 2:07 a.m. Peter Benjamin Guillet, 31, of Attleboro was arrested at 50 Maynard St. on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle or trailer without insurance.
• 2:26 a.m. Timothy Shea Flynn, 19, of Attleboro was arrested at 127 Maple St. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle and being a person under 21 in possession of liquor.

June 29

• 1:54 a.m. Wayne L. O'Neal, 28, of North Attleborough was arrested at 387 Highland Ave. on suspicion of a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

June 30

• 1:33 a.m. Stephen R. Geltrude, 63, of Attleboro was arrested at his Bishop Avenue home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
• 4:17 a.m. Michael J. Wild, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at 93 Robinson Ave. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
• 10:10 a.m. Seyoon Jung, 17, of Edmond, Okla. was arrested at 71 Peters Way on two counts of assault and battery, including one with a dangerous weapon.

July 1

• 9:09 a.m. Charles L. Jones, 39, of Attleboro was arrested at his Bank Street home on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
• 10:18 a.m. Manual A. Duarte, 43, of Seekonk was arrested at the  on Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting.
• 2:44 p.m. Shawn Robert Charon, 33, of Pawtucket was arrested on Carleton Street on suspicion operating an unlicensed and unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a passenger ages 6 to 12 without a seatbelt and violation of an abuse prevention order.
• 5:24 p.m. Jenny Golden, 44, of Attleboro was arrested at 55 Park St. on suspicion of disturbing the peace and defrauding an innkeeper under $100.
• 9:52 p.m. Leah A. Kraft, 18, of Attleboro was arrested on Pleasant Street on suspicion of unarmed robbery.
