Attleboro Police Log: Disturbing the Peace

The  reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):

June 18

• *8:16 a.m. Kevin A Recore, 38, of Pawtucket was arrested on Barrows Street on an unspecified warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
• 10:20 a.m. Melinda S. Rodrigo, 33, of Providence was arrested at 1077 Washington St. on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
• 7:05 p.m. Gwendolyn Marie Therrian, 32, of Attleboro was arrested at an unspecified location on a warrant and on suspicion of disturbing the peace. She was charged with witness intimidation.
• 7:35 p.m. Carl E. Therrian, 52, of Attleboro was arrested at his Solomon Street home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
• 10 p.m. Attleboro residents Patrick John Alger, 43, Kevin David Beauregard, 51, were arrested on Merritt Place for their alleged involvement in a scuffle. They were accused of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and affray.

 June 20

• 2:30 p.m. Joseph Joaquim Kenney, 56, of Pascoag was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave. on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

 June 21

• 8:32 p.m. Helen E. Evangelista, 50, of Attleboro was arrested at her Jewel Avenue home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).

June 22

• 1:21 a.m. Tyreek Jamal Summerville, 20, of Attleboro was arrested at 12 Union Street on a warrant. He was charged with armed robbery.
• 9:46 p.m. Michael Charles Rose, 51, of Attleboro was arrested at the Stop & Shop on Pleasant Street on suspicion of trespassing and a third offense of shoplifting.

June 23

• 5:46 p.m. William M. Jones, 30, of Attleboro was arrested at his Maynard Street home on a warrant. He was charged with larceny over $250.
• 8:09 p.m. Justin James Silva, 34, of Cumberland was arrested at 136 Bacon St. on a warrant.

June 24

• 1:17 a.m. Debbie Teixeira Cunha, 37, of Cumberland was arrested at 514 Washington St. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• 2:32 a.m. Nixon A. Recinos, 23, of Attleboro was arrested at his Holman Street home on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
• 4:12 a.m. Michael James Bryan, 25, of Attleboro was arrested at 9 Conner Court on suspicion of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
