Attleboro Police Log: Assaults, Public Drinking, Drug Possession

Nineteen arrests are reported for the week of June 4 to June 10.

The  reported the following recent arrests (an arrest does not indicate a conviction):

June 4

  • *4:59 a.m. Sandra Neusa Lennon, 35, of Attleboro was arrested at 650 County St. on suspicion of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
  • 11:40 a.m. Han Oeur, 30, of Attleboro was arrested for failing to register as sex offender.

  • 7:48 p.m. Robert Walker, 47, of Attleboro was arrested at 267 Clifton St. on a warrant. He was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
  • 8:48 p.m. James M. Vidinha, 30, of Attleboro was arrested for suspicion of drug violation near school, conspiracy to violate drug law, heroin/morphine/opium trafficking.

June 6

  • 7:57 p.m. Brian Anthony Teixeria, 55, of Providence was arrested at 1100 Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting by asportation, 2nd offense.

  • 1:37 a.m. Francis Scott Masse, 28, of Attleboro was arrested at 9 Frenier Avenue for suspicion of violating abuse prevention order.
  • 2:13 a.m. Jacob D. Ducharme, 27, of South Attleboro was arrested at 480 Washington St. for suspicion of operating under influence liquor, 3rd offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, license suspended for operating under influence, failing to wear seat belt, uninsured motor vehicle.
  • 11:26 a.m. Joseph McGaughey, 48, of Attleboro was arrested at 220 Pleasant St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, suspended registration, uninsured motor vehicle, and failing to stop/yield.

June 8

  • 5:55 p.m. James Herbert Hamor, 65, of Attleboro was arrested at an undisclosed location for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 7:10 p.m. Jarred A. McPeake, 30, of Pawtucket was arrested on Emory St. on a warrant for a suspended license.

June 9

  • 12:39 a.m. Alex E. Santamaria, 41, of Woonsocket was arrested on Parker St on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
  • 7:36 p.m. Stephanie V. Jamil, 46, of Attleboro was arrested at 28 Holman St. on suspicion for conspiracy to violate drug law, drug possession to distribute class D, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.
  • 7:48 p.m. Ryan M. Arseneault, 18 of Attleboro was arrested at 28 Holman St. on suspicion of conspiracy to violate drug law, drug possession to distribute class D.
  • 8:01 p.m. Dylan T. Robertson, 19 of Attleboro was arrested at 28 Holman St. on suspicion of conspiracy to violate drug law, drug possession to distribute class D.
  • 8:17 p.m. Asim Sheikh Jamil, 18 of Attleboro was arrested at 28 Holman St. on suspicion of conspiracy to violate drug law, drug possession to distribute class D.
  • 9:11 p.m. John A. Berger, 55 of Plainville was arrested on Peck St. on suspicion operating under influence, 3rd offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage.

June 10

  • 4:57 p.m. Patricia A. Correia, 39, of Providence was arrested on Melody Dr. on suspicion of unlicensed operator of motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, speeding, equipment violation of a motor vehicle.
  • 7:52 p.m. Edward M. OMalley 32, of Attleboro was arrested at 177 Pleasant St. on suspicion of domestic assault and battery, intimidating the witness.
  • 9:21 p.m. Jason P. Nary, 38, of Providence was arrested at 29 Bank St. on suspicion of disturbing the peace, assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating witness.
