Attleboro Police Log: April 30 - May 6

Arrests from the past week included several incidents of suspected drunk driving.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests:

April 30

  • * 2:02 a.m. - Danny Oscar Concul, 20, of Attleboro was arrested at a home on South Main Street on suspicion of assault and battery domestic.
  • 10:30 a.m. - Sherri E. Lowe, 22, of Smithfield was arrested on Collins Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license that was revoked for being a habitual traffic offender. She was also accused of speeding.
  • 6:31 p.m.- Marlon R. Aguilar, 41, of Attleboro was arrested on Peck Avenue on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was also accused of failing to stop or yield a vehicle.

  • 1:50 p.m. - Jeremiah Joshua Bayona, 17, of Attleboro was arrested on Dexter Street on suspicion of possession to distribute a Class D drug. He was also accused of a marked lanes traffic violation and failure to signal.
  • 2:48 p.m. - Mark Bliss, 46, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on Highland Street on a warrant. He was also accused of resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Bliss was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 9:21 p.m. - Michael R. Knight, 26, of Attleboro was arrested on North Main Street on a warrant. He was also accused of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured and unregistered vehicle and a license plate violation. He was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • 9:58 p.m. - Phillip L. Cote, 23, of Attleboro was arrested at the Attleboro Police Department building on Union Street on suspicion of five counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony.

May 2

  • 5:01 p.m. - Christopher John Reid, 51, of Norwood was arrested on Peck Avenue on suspicion of violating a harassment prevention order and disturbing the peace.
  • 10:34 p.m. - Jonathan P. Pina, 21, of Pawtucket and Alicia Ann Pina, 27, of Providence were arrested on Washington Street on suspicion of larceny over $250.

May 3

  • 3:45 p.m. - Michael Berry Carey, 21, of Attleboro was arrested on North Avenue on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 10:55 p.m. - Jose F. Rodriguez, 45, of Pawtucket was arrested on Washington Street on a warrant. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

May 4

  • 1:44 a.m. - Paul S. Johnson, 39, of Attleboro was arrested on Holden Street on suspicion of a third offense of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor. He was also accused of speeding.

May 5

  • 4:03 a.m. - Stephen Christopher Roy, 19, of Attleboro was arrested on West Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.
  • 5:56 a.m. - Jasper Jonathan Landrum, 31, of Framingham was arrested on Dean Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 11:53 p.m. - Richard Porter Stanley, 44, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on Dean Street on suspicion of assault and battery domestic and intimidating a witness.

May 6

  • 12:14 a.m. - Bryan Keith Kemp, 39, of Attleboro was arrested at his home on Peck Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and threat to commit a crime.
