Attleboro Police Log: 38 Arrests in 10 Days

Attleboro Police have been busy making arrests for drug trafficking malicious damage and drunk driving.

Attleboro police officers made 38 arrests Monday, March 21, through Thursday, March 31, for alleged crimes including assault and battery, drug trafficking, robbery and disturbing the peace. Arrests are below.

Thursday, March 31

  • Brock A. Burns, 22, of 63 Peters Way was arrested for drunk driving.
  • Christopher Tansey, 26, of 67 Wheaton Dr., Attleboro, was arrested for larceny over $250

  • Joao Lima, 32, of 30 Pearl St. was arrested for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest
  • Durell Blanchard, 23, of 145 Broad St. North Attleboro, was arrested for cocaine trafficking, possesion to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug law. 
  • Christopher Jones, 21, who has no known address, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, trafficking cocaine, possession to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug law.
  • Jean Nevins, 54, of 253 Richardson Ave. was arrested for intimidating a witness. 
  • Marquis Nevins, 32, of 253 Richardson Ave. was arrested for intimidating a witness. 
  • Stephanie Oquendo, 22, of 253 Massachusetts Ave., Providence, was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 

Thursday, March 29

  • Thomas Maloney, 45, of 3 Chambers Road, Taunton, was arrested for disorderly conduct. 
  • Tyreek Summerville, 19, of 47 Carpenter St. was arrested for breaking and entering and destruction of property.
  • Christopher Ouellette, 20, of 58 Constitution Ave. was arrested for possession of alcohol.
  • Corinne Fox, 20, of 6 Balena Raod was arrested for drunk driving, being a minor in possession of alcohol and drinking alcohol from an open container.

  • Steven Hayes, 25, of 58 Hodges St. was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
  • Ryan Derose, 17, of 18 Glen Eagle Circle was arrested for disturbing the peace. 
  • Richard Giovanella Jr., 28, of 231 Potter Ave., Plainville, was arrested on warrant out of Milford District Court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
  • Marcel Girard, 70, of 320 Handy St. was arrested for failing to stop for police and negligenet operation of a motor vehicle. 

Tuesday, March 27, 

  • Selvin Mendez, 34, of 163A South Main St. was arrested for drinking and driving and drinking from an open container.
  • Cesar Ricardo, 24, of 107 Roosevelt Ave., Providence, was arrested for drinking and driving, speeding and a marked lane violation.

Monday, March 26

  • Otoniel Rodriguez, 39, of 371 Dunham St. was arrested for a marked lane violation and driving without a license. 
  • David Norton, 57, of 721 Madison St., Wrentham, was arrested on a warrant out of Attleboro District Court for operating under the influence of alcohol. 
  • William Bannon, 51, of 29 Emory St. was arrested on a warrant out of Attleboro District Court for disturbing the peace. 
  • Christopher Calderone, 23, of 140 North Main St. was arrested on warrant for carrying a dangerous weapon. 
  • Madison Vanderwolk, 17, of 21 Williston Way, Pawtucket, for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
  • Alex Boghossian, 18, of 415 Trimtown Road, North Scituate, R.I., was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 
  • Kimberly Martin, 42, of 844 Pleasant St. was arrested on assault and battery. 

Sunday, March 25

  • Jimmy Ambrosi, 30, of 27 Perkins Ave. ,Hampton, N.H., was arrested for driving with a revoked license. 
  • Nicholas Santaniello, 23 of 15 North Main St. was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order and intimidating a witness. 
  • Lori Ferreira, 42, of 36 Dixon St. was arrested on a warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. 

Saturday, March 24

  • James Pion of 145 Cottage St. Pawtucket, was arrested on a warrant, driving with a suspended license and negligent operating of a motor vehicle. 
  • Manuel Costa Jr., 53, of 74 Princess Ave., Cranston, was arrested on a warrant for drinking and driving. 
  • David Ballou, 31, of 166 Oakland Ave., Pawtucket, was arrested on a warrant for having an unregistered motor vehicle. 
  • Richard Gelinas, 45, of 1346 Newport Ave. was arrested for assult, threat to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.
  • David Allard, 18, of 14 Capt. Courtois Drive was arrested on warrant for larceny over $250. 

Friday, March 23

  • John C. Perkins III, 23, of 663 South Main St. was arrested for Class B drug possession, marked lane violation, driving with a suspended license and an unregistered car.  

Thursday, March 22

  • Maria Cruz, 37, of 136 Sylvian St., Central Falls, was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 

Wednesday, March 21

  • Randy Hanson, 36, of 59 Dunham St. was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 
  • Hernan Campos-Fernandez, 25, of 253 Broadway St., Pawtucket, was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 
  • Peter Duffy, 26, of 84 North Ave. was arrested for assault and battery and a warrant out of Mansfield for possession to distribute Class E drugs.
