Attleboro: OUI for 5th Time, Domestic Assault

Fifteen arrests are reported for Jan. 16-20.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Jan. 16

  • *1:37 a.m. Georgio M. Jamison, 19, of Attleboro was arrested at 707 South Washington St. on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 11:07 a.m. Raul A. Lopez, 24, of Attleboro was arrested on Union Street on suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and refusing to identify himself. He also allegedly failed to yield or stop.
  • 2:41 p.m. Peter Gomes, 47, of Johnston was arrested at 1250 Newport Ave. on a warrant. He was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • 8:37 p.m. Christian Alberto Hernandez, 23, of Attleboro was arrested on Pine Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was also accused of a motor vehicle lights violation.
  • 10:08 p.m. John F. Delucia, 44, of Attleboro was arrested at his Peck Street home on a warrant. He was charged with receiving stolen property worth more than $250.

  • 10:19 a.m. Heather Lynn Morin, 27, of Attleboro was arrested at 512 Lindsey St. on suspicion of daytime breaking and entering and putting a person in fear.
  • 11:25 a.m. Ashley A. Meeks, 25, of Mansfield was arrested on Mechanic Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • 6:57 p.m. Jean Marie Morris, 42, of Canton was arrested on Primrose Lane on suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Jan. 18

  • 9:09 a.m. Lisa P. Andrade, 24, of Attleboro was arrested at 80 Roy Ave. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. She was also accused of speeding.
  • 7:41 p.m. Todd A. Rennick, 28, of Pawtucket was arrested in Cranston on a warrant. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
  • 10:53 p.m. Mark C. LaPlante, 40, of Attleboro was arrested on Maple Street on suspicion of a fifth offense of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was also accused of speeding.

  • 12:41 a.m. Brenda A. DiMartino, 43, of Attleboro was arrested at 463 Pike Ave. on suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 6:43 p.m. Ralph F. Dorr, 53, of Attleboro was arrested at 55 Falmouth St. on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

Jan. 20

  • 1:28 a.m. Patrick John Alger, 43, of Attleboro was arrested at 9 Dennis St. on suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order and defacing property.
  • 11:16 p.m. Marcias Dwayne Smith, 24, of Attleboro was arrested at 26 Jessie Ave. on suspicion of two counts of domestic assault and battery, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and reckless endangerment to children.
