Police Log: Attleboro Man Charged with Assault to Murder; Sex Offender Arrested After Failing to Register

Silas Dobson, 25, of 63 Bank St. Attleboro, was arrested by police on Wednesday, Oct. 5 and charged with assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, violating an abuse prevention order and intimidating a witness.

Martin McDonagh, 53, of 794 Massachusetts Ave. Boston, was arrested by Attleboro Police on Monday, Sept. 26 on a warrant out of Boston Police Department for failing to register as a sex offender.

Friday, Oct. 7:

Joseph Pisaturo, 44, of 2045 Elmwood Ave. Warwick, RI, was charged with larceny under $250.

Bryan Hedge, 35, of 55 Alfa Dr. Pawtucket, RI, was arrested driving without a license.

Thursday, Oct. 6:

Jason T. White, 29, of 285 Mansfield Rd. N. Attleboro, was arrested on a breaking and entering misdemeanor warrant.

Bruce Toombs, 19, of 651 South Main St. Attleboro, was charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

Robert Lemmon, 49, of 343 Brown St. South Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery charges.

Mark Rogers, 20, of 244 County St. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, Oct. 5:

Burton Phipps, 52, of 1 Simmons Ct. N. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Tuesday, Oct. 4:

Kevin Tom, 24, of 11 Olvie St. Attleboro, was charged with speeding, operating under the influence of drugs, and Class B drug possession.

Eric Wilkinson, 44, of 37 Holman St. Attleboro, was charged with breaking and entering misdemeanor and trespassing.

Monday, Oct. 3:

Robert Nelson, 49, of 11 Horton Ave. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery charges.

Sunday, Oct. 2:

Jacqueline Bourgault, 32, of 674 County St., Attleboro, was arrested on violating an abuse prevention order.

Cindy Robinson, 38, of 57 Owen St. Attleboro, was arrested on assault and battery (domestic).

Debra Jaacks, 54 of 359 Bound Rd. Woonsocket, RI, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Ricardo Martinez, 24, was charged with drinking driving (2nd offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, driving without a license and drinking alcohol from an open container.

Linda Mills, 49, of 1379 Diamond Hill Rd. Cumberland, RI, charged with drinking and driving (3rd offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and having an unregistered car.

Glen Lemar, 36, of 30 South Main St., Attleboro was arrested a assault and battery on police officer warrant.

Saturday, Oct. 1:

Joyce Lamoureaux, 49, of 19 Fourth St. Attleboro, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Friday, Sept. 30:

Colleen Hernandez, 39, of 95 Roosevelt Ave. Pawtucket, RI, was charged with disturbing the peace.

Khevin Kheav, 27, of 272 Waverly St. Providence, RI was charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense).

Janet Thomas, 45, of 30 Harriet Thayer Dr. Attleboro, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Judith Munro, 64, of 11 Harrison Ave Taunton, wad charged with drinking and driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Burton Phipps, 52, of 1 Simmons Ct. N. Attleboro, was arrested for defacing property.

Thursday, Sept. 29:

Kerri Duarte, 47, of 115 Toby St. Providence, RI was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

Jason Moore, 37, of 69 Tomlinson Rd. Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conuct and disturbing the peace.

Elizabeth Sullivan, 25, of 284 West Fifth St. South Boston, was charged with drinking and driving, negligent operatio of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.

James Camara, 32, of 179 Coyle Ave. Pawtucket, RI was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, concealing a license plate and having an uninsured car.

Wednesday, Sept. 28:

Josie Ford, 43, of 141 Collins St. Attleboro, was charged with assault and battery (domestic).

Cesar Perdomo-Rivas, 25, of 27 Sergeant Circle Attleboro, was charged with speeding, not having an inspection sticker and driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Astrofsky, 49, of 176 Pine St. Attleboro, was charged with larcenty over $250.

Jonathan Crawford, 29, of 44 Elm St. Attleboro was charged with larceny over $250.

Tuesday, Sept. 27:

Thomas Zelano, 30, of 1220 Roosevelt Ave. Pawtucket, RI, was arrested on assault and battery with a dangerous weapon charges.

Dennis Rivera, 24, of 103 Park St. Attleboro, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, defacing property and assault and battery.

Matthew Striggles III, 23, of 323 Pine St. Bridgewater, was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, possession and possession to distribute Class D drugs, possiton of Class B drugs, and not having an inspectiion sticker.

Michael Chambers, 25, of 17 Dean St. Attleboro, was charged with two counts of assault and battery domestic and disturbing the peace.

Monday, Sept. 26:

Dustin Richardson, 23, of 43 Thackery St. Providence, RI, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Mark Gagnon, 49, of 175 Manton Ave. Providence, RI, was charged with walking/riding on the railroad tracks.
