Attleboro Man Allegedly Drives Drunk on Lawns

The incident was reported in Barrington.

A 31-year-old Attleboro man faces a drunk-driving charge after he allegedly drove through the front lawns of two Barrington, R.I. homes late Monday.

Kurt E. Risotti was stopped on Wampanoag Trail in Barrington at around 11 p.m. He compounded his troubles by giving a fake name and birth date, which led to a second charge of obstructing a police officer in the performance of his duties, said Barrington Police Chief John LaCross.

Risotti failed several field sobriety tests, according to police. Two Breathalyzer tests taken at the police station showed blood-alcohol levels of .098 and .095—both above the .08 legal ceiling, LaCross said.
