Attleboro: Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace, Resisting Arrest

Eleven arrests are reported for Dec. 22-23.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Dec. 22

  • *12:51 a.m. Corey O'Reilly, 21, of Attleboro was arrested on Dean Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. 
  • 1:29 a.m. Michael M. Carr, 29, of Attleboro was arrested on Glendale Road on suspicion of operating under influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and marked lanes violation.
  • 3:33 a.m. Jeffrey DiCiaccio, 19, of Attleboro was arrested on Westwood Park Circle on suspicion of disturbing the peace and liquor possession on a person under 21.
  • 3:54 a.m. Ethan M. Fullerton, 18, of Attleboro was arrested on Westwood Park Circle on suspicion of disturbing the peace and liquor possession on a person under 21.
  • 4:17 a.m. Zachary W. Davis, 18 of Attleboro was arrested on Westwood Park Circle on suspicion of disturbing the peace and liquor possession on a person under 21.
  • 3:16 p.m. James K. Biziak, 46, of Attleboro was arrested on South Main Street on suspicion of assault, threat to commit crime and security of weapons.
  • 6:45 p.m. Scott Amorim, 31, of Attleboro was arrested on Cypress Road on a warrant and charged with drug possession class E.
  • 9:13 p.m. Peter Nourm, 24, of Attleboro was arrested on Richie Road on a warrant and charged with drug possession to distribute class A.
  • 10:51 p.m. Kennette Pierre, 37, of Providence was arrested on Barrows Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with revoked license, unregistered motor vehicle, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Dec. 23

  • 9:47 a.m. Matthew Guertin, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on Junction Circle on suspicion of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
  • 10:16 p.m. Ernest Winchester, 56, of Attleboro was arrested on Dean Street on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
