Attleboro: Bank Robbery, Police Cell Arson

Eight arrests are reported during Nov. 26-28.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Nov. 26

  • *11:38 a.m. Rebecca Andrews, 22, of North Attleboro was arrested on Maple Terrace on suspicion of operating an uninsured motor vehicle with a suspended license and registration.
  • 11:21 p.m. Luke P. Peters, 20, of North Attleboro was arrested at 529 Pleasant St. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked for being a habitual traffic offender.

  • 11:11 p.m. Michael Charles Fisher, 33, of Attleboro was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Dunham Street. He was booked again a few hours later after allegedly setting fire to his holding cell and being uncooperative. Read more about this story here in The Sun Chronicle. Following the motor vehicle stop, Fisher was arrested on suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. Following the fire, he was booked on suspicion of arson (burning of a dwelling), defacing property, malicious destruction of property with damage of more than $250, assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.

Nov. 28

  • 2:14 p.m. Agustin S. Ramos, 29, of Central Falls was arrested on Park Street on a warrant. He was charged with shoplifting.
  • 5:27 p.m. Three Attleboro residents were arrested at one of the suspect's home on Washington Street following their alleged involvement in the robbery of Bank of America on Washington Street. Denielle LaValley-Pfeil, 38, Katelyn W. Wilbur, 20 and Todd M. Chamberlain, 37, were arrested on suspicion of armed and masked robbery, conspiracy and possession of a class A drug. Wilbur was also accused of assault with a dangerous weapon and Chamberlain had a warrant for alleged shoplifting.
  • 11:56 p.m. Patrick D. Thornley, 21, of Attleboro was arrested at his Brown Street home on suspicion of domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. He also had an unspecified warrant.

*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
