Attleboro: Assault & Battery, Inhalants, and Larceny

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Dec. 24

• 3:18 a.m. Mario T. Robinson, 24, of Attleboro was arrested on Lynwood Circle on suspicion of disturbing the peace. He also had a warrant and charged with assault and battery.  
• 1:24 p.m. Lilian R. Morales, 47, of Pawtucket was arrested on Newport Avenue on suspicion of assault and battery.
• 1:51 p.m. Michael D. Dixon, 54, of Attleboro was arrested on Locust Street on suspicion of operating under the influence of alcohol, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
• 10:19 p.m. Michael E. Cargill, 43, of Attleboro was arrested on Lorna Lane on suspicion of assault.  

Dec. 25

• 1:56 a.m. Geovani G. Giron, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on Holman Street on suspicion of four counts of domestic assault and battery and disturbing the peace.

Dec. 26

• 4:36 p.m. John H. Lara, 36, of Central Falls was arrested on Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting, larceny over $250.
• 5:00 p.m. Jennifer L. Scott, 32, of Central Falls was arrested on Newport Avenue on suspicion of shoplifting, larceny over $250.

Dec. 28

• 8:24 p.m. Jesse A. Medeiros, 20, of Attleboro was arrested on Locust Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with revoked license, and inhaling glue/toxic substance.

Dec. 29

• 1:44 a.m. Leonard A. Cuneo, 55, of Attleboro was arrested on Slater Street on suspicion of operating under the influence of alcohol, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
• 3:57 a.m. Scott M. Strom, 26, of Cumberland was arrested on Bacon Street on suspicion of operating under the influence, 2nd offense, operating a motor vehicle negligently with suspended license.
• 12:39 p.m. Troy R. Fitzsimmons, 41, of Norton was arrested on Pleasant Street on suspicion of larceny over $250.
• 10:05 p.m. Aaron M. Carey, 25, of Attleboro was arrested on Carpenter Street on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
