Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and Third Offense OUI

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Sept. 19 and Sept. 22.

Sept. 19

  • *1:32 a.m. Ghonni Kowalski, 24, of 133 Bacon St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery, disorderly conduct, assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and defacing property.
  • 9:54 a.m. Sarah Senno, 34, of 153 Pleasant St. was arrested at 110 North Main St. on a warrant and charged with breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.
  • 8:03 p.m. Joseph Gaffney, 45, of Cumberland RI was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, uninsured motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle.
Sept. 20
  • 1:34 p.m. Edmond Fonseca, 61, of 200 Park St. Apt. 210 was arrested at 147 Pine St. for suspicion of OUI liquor third offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Sept. 21
  • 2:38 a.m. Christopher Kutash-Frost, 28, of 35 Alder St. was arrested at Alder St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • 1:14 p.m. Colleen Reis, 37, of 419 S. Main St. was arrested at her home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery
  • 1:39 p.m. Israel Nunez, 44, of Pawtucket, RI was arrested at 366 Washington St. on a warrant and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 7:45 p.m. Christopher Moore, 26, of Wrentham was arrested at Dunham St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct and tresspassing.
  • 8:01 p.m. Ashley Araujo, 26, of 1283 Park St. Apt. 3 was arrested at 211 Park St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
Sept. 22
  • 9:18 a.m. Daniel Lundberg, 58, of 16 Orange St. Apt. 1 was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 12:53 p.m. Linda Dalton, 45, of 34 Fontaine Ave. was arrested at her home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery and intimidating a witness.
  • 1:11 p.m. Elias Santos-Ramos, 31, of Boston was arrested at South Ave. on a warrant and charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.
