Domestic Assault, 4th OUI, Peace Disturbance

Ten arrests are reported from Sept. 3-10.

The  reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

Sept. 3

  • 3:16 p.m. Robert P. Frank, 25, of Attleboro was arrested at his Boardman Lane home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 5:37 p.m. John Martin Kelly, 46, of Attleboro was arrested at his Orange Street home on suspicion of assault and battery (domestic).
  • 5:42 p.m. Jennifer C. Brewer, 36, of Attleboro was arrested at her Newport Avenue home on suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.

Sept. 5

  • 2:50 p.m. Amy Storer, 36, of Attleboro was arrested on Locust Street on a warrant and on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of a special regulation. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
  • 9:50 p.m. Mark A. Lopes, 44, of Swansea was arrested on South Main Street on a warrant. He was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
  • 11:14 p.m. Michael Correia, 38, of Attleboro was arrested at 521 Pleasant St. on suspicion of a fourth offense of OUI liquor, operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He was also accused of a marked lanes violation.

Sept. 6 

  • 5:15 p.m. Shawn Steven Timas, 19, of Attleboro was arrested at 35 Parker St. on a warrant. He was charged with assault and battery.

Sept. 7

  • 10:27 a.m. Anthony A. Marzuolo, 51, of Franklin was arrested on Brown Street on suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order.
  • 10:06 p.m. Michael Pelland, 19, of Attleboro was arrested at 33 John St. on a warrant. He was charged with disturbing the peace.

Sept. 9

  • 9:02 p.m. Suzanne Doris Jewett, 45, of Attleboro was arrested at her North Main Street home on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

*The time indicates when the suspect was booked at the Attleboro police station.
