Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Larceny

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Oct.15 and Oct. 18

Oct. 15

*1:24 p.m. Eugene Choiniere, 21, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Sweetland Ave.on a warrant and charged with assault and battery.
3:04 p.m. Ryan Oliver, 37, of Central Falls, RI was arrested in Providence on a warrant and charged with disorderly conduct.

Oct. 16

8:29 a.m. Matthew Washington, 27, of 20 Peck St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.

Oct. 17

2:43 a.m. Rocco Maturo, 26, of 3 Bearcourt Dr. was arrested at Butterworth Dr. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
2:54 p.m. Timothy Conway, 25, of 34 Blue Heron Dr. was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with threat to commit a crime.

Oct. 18

11:33 a.m. Heather Smith, 32, of 230 Read St. was arrested at her home on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
