Assault and Battery, Breaking and Entering and Drug Possession

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Sept. 14 and Sept. 15.

Sept. 14

  • *9:10 a.m. Amy Cook, 33, of 291 Mendon Rd. was arrested at her home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 11:02 a.m. Elias Herrera, 42, of Providence was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, defacing property, and possession of a burglarious instrument.
  • 2:51 p.m. Lindsay Tripp, 32, of Mansfield was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony, possession of a burglarious instrument, and defacing property.
  • 8:18 p.m. Steven Messier, 30, of 60 Phillips St. No. 2 was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with larceny under $250.
  • 8:45 p.m. Taja Angi, 24, of Woburn was arrested at Quintin Ave. for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance.
  • 9:07 p.m. Nicholas West, 25, was arrested at Quintin Ave for suspicion of possession of a Class B substance. 
Sept. 15
  • 6:28 a.m. Joseph McCormick, 19, of 81 Forest St. was arrested at Emory St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and evading taxi fare.
  • 11:17 a.m. Lester Davis, 52, of Warwick RI was arrested at 947 Washington St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and number plate violation.
  • 10:44 p.m. Charles Pfeifer, 44, of 43 Carpenter St. was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
