Armed Assault with Intent to Murder and Drug Bust

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Nov. 1 and Nov. 3

Nov. 1

  • *1:13 p.m. Barry Harper, 54, of 49 Dunham St. Apt. 8 was arrested at Emory St. for suspicion of distributing a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate a drug law.
  • 1:46 p.m. Richard Galiotte, 19, of 9 Jackson St. was arrested at 47 Fourth St. for suspicion of intimidating a witness, possession of a firearm without a license, defacing a firearm serial number, armed assault with intent to murder and aggravated assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
  • 2:22 p.m. Nicholas Hollis, 25, of 531 S. Main St. Apt. 2 was arrested at N. Main St. for suspicion of conspiracy to violate a drug law, and drug distribution of a class B substance.
  • 2:45 p.m. Andrew Laplante-Wood, 23, of 61 W. St. was arrested at N. Main St. for conspiriacy to violate a drug law, possession of a Class B substance and distribution of a Class B substance.
  • 3:50 p.m. Georgio Jamison, 20, of 166 Pleasant St. Apt. 1 was arrested at N. Main St. for suspicion of distribution of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate drug law.
  • 4:07 p.m. Bruce Toombs, 21, of 652 S. Main St. Apt. 2 was arrested at N. Main St. for suspicion of conspiracy to violate a drug law.
Nov. 2
  • 1:28 a.m. Michael Angelini, 32, of 55 Maple St. was arrested at O'Neil BLVD for suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
  • 1:46 a.m. Patrick Lawton, 22, of 66 Greenwich St. was arrested at 220 O'Neil BLVD for suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
  • 2:01 a.m. Derek Frizzell, 24, of Swansea was arrested at O'Neil BLVD for suspicion of disorderly conduct, possession of a Class A substance, disturbing the peace, assault and battery and OUI liquor.
  • 4:34 a.m. Michael Bartleson, 39, of 43 Emory St. was arrested at Emory St. for suspicion of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
  • 6:21 p.m. Robert Beeton, 54, of 5 James CT. was arrested at his home on a warrant and charged with domestic assault and battery.
  • 9:47 p.m. Travis Robinson, 19, of Pheonix was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of disturbing the peace.
Nov. 3
  • Jeffrey Myers, 23, of Providence was arrested at Lindsey St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation and uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
