Alleged Bank Robber Arrested in Seekonk

There was a warrant for the woman's arrest in Fall River.

A Fall River woman is in custody after she was arrested early Friday morning in Seekonk on a bank robbery warrant. The robbery took place in Fall River.

Chelsea Cote, 20, was arrested at a local motel after the Seekonk Police Department received a call for service, Lt. Frank John told Seekonk Patch. She was taken to Morton Hospital in Taunton to be checked out and then was transferred to Taunton District Court.

Cote has been arrested multiple times, including last year in Portsmouth, R.I. on suspicion of possessing oxycodone and giving a false name to police.
