Welcome to Dedham Patch

Introducing Dedham's newest online home for everything happening in town.

Welcome to Dedham Patch, a new local news website covering everything going on in Dedham. Think of us as an online newspaper – but without a print product.

Dedham Patch is the place to go to find the latest news, sports, business, arts, business directory, announcements, events and much more. We'll cover everything from selectmen meetings to local sports, events to breaking news, and police, fire, business and the arts.

In our extensive business directory, we have all the information you need to find a great restaurant or where to get your car repaired. We have pictures of the businesses, hours, phone numbers and descriptions of just about anything you need.

You'll also be able to find information on local civic groups, religious institutions, schools, and even important information on town officials.

This won't just be another news website – it is a community hub where you can interact with the community. You can create an account to add your own events, make an announcement or comment on a story. You can even add your own photos and videos.

Each day, you'll find the latest stories that my team of freelancers and I reported, but we are always looking for news tips, story ideas and ways to improve. Feel free to e-mail me with any thoughts, suggestions or tips at timothyr@patch.com.

I'm hoping Dedham Patch becomes your go-to source, and I look forward to delivering you a top-notch and professional online home.

Tim, the site looks great! You shouldn't have mentioned Five Guys in the video, though, 'cause now I have to go there and break my diet.

Wondering if Tim is ever going to be replaced. He did such a great job on covering local events.
