Now that ol' Hugo has "shed his mortal coil" (at only 58), it's fair to wonder what effect this might have on Joe Kennedy's "Citizens Energy."
My advice would be for those who buy from said organization should immediately "top up" because the obvious temptation for them would be to become a little late on the EFTs (electronic funds transfer) ... and maybe the powers-that-be in Caracas might, in turn, threaten to shut off their spigot.
