Community Update

I paid for a round trip fare to the Amtrak station in Providence. Foolish me, I paid up front. The driver was supposed to return to pick me and my son up at 12:15am. My train ran about 10 minutes late. When I went outside, the Houle driver was nowhere to be found. I waited an additional 20 minutes before hiring another cab (and having to pay again) for a ride home. Basically, the company stole $50 from me and left my son and I alone in Providence. Perhaps I should have read all the bad reviews first.
