Community Update

Don't go here! I lost a new sweater here from what appears to be a clerical error. I left two grey cashmere sweaters along with some other items but there was only one sweater marked on the slip. I called to ask if the sweater had been found when I went to wear it again about two weeks later and was greeted by a woman that was arrogant and rude! I only wanted her to look for the sweater but she cut me off and stated they never make mistakes and there was nothing they could do for me. I understand mistakes happen and things get misplaced but when a customer has lost something, I would expect a business to at least offer to look for it. It would appear from the way she treated me that she thinks all of her customers are liars as she stated that I never brought the sweater there. This was my first time there and my last. I have reordered a new sweater - since I had only worn it one- so this proved a costly mistake. Don't let this happen to you!
