Winter Wildlife Adventure: Deer at Oak Knoll Wildlife Sanctuary

We'll learn about the history of the white-tailed deer by listening to stories, investigating animal artifacts and by making a deer craft. We'll explore the trails at Oak Knoll to see if we can find evidence of deer activity. After our exploration we'll warm up by the woodstove with some hot cocoa!

Instructions and Directions:Dress for winter weather and wear appropriate shoes for hiking.

Audience: Children (suitable for children 5 - 10 years)
