Introduction to Cake Decoration
This introductory course to pastry decoration covers all the elements of cake design, including but not limited to: working with different types of icings, usage of piping bags and various decorating tips, decorative layouts and floral designs. There is a small materials fee in addition to the tuition of $100.00/ 4-week session.
Wednesdays, 6:30 – 9 PM
