What are YOU grateful for today?

Try thinking of five things to appreciate every day.

We can show our appreciation all year in many different ways. For some reason, the season of Thanksgiving reminds us to remind ourselves of what we should be grateful for.

Every day, no matter what time of year it is, we should all wake up each morning and be grateful for one thing. That sounds relatively easy, right?

How about coming up with five things to appreciate every day? How many of you can attest to that? For a while I was doing this, and seemed to let it slide. I was actually writing them down in a journal. It was a good way to keep a smile on my face and a song in my heart.

Before getting bogged down with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, grab a pen and a small notebook/journal. If you are in need of one, I have a least five blank journals. They make great gifts apparently.

One thing I am truly appreciative of today is this wonderful fall weather. It’s a perfect day to rustle through the leaves.
