Where to Dispose of Your Christmas Tree

The transfer station will be accepting resident yard waste; Christmas trees will be picked up curbside throughout January.

Not feeling like watching your Christmas tree wilt away into a pile of needles? The Department of Public Works will pick up Christmas trees left on the curb throughout the month of January.

The transfer station located behind the American Legion Hall at 350 Fall River Ave. is open to process resident yard waste. There is no fee or permit required to drop off yard waste; however, a valid Seekonk photo ID must be presented.

Trash and Recycling collection will not be delayed due to the Christmas and New Year's holidays. Collection will be on its regular schedule these weeks.
