Thursday: Family Literacy Programs, Wanted Jimmy Fund Volunteers

  1. The Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Program (CFCE) will meet at the Seekonk Public Library from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today. It assists all families with young children locate support within their community, promote family education, engagement and literacy.
  2. Showcase Cinemas on Route 6 is looking for volunteers to help support the Jimmy Fund.
  3. There's a blood drive hosted by the Red Cross at the Hampton Inn tomorrow.
