Open House on the Ice, Early Release and Storytime
Here's what you need to know about what is going on in and around the 'Boro today, Wednesday, March 9.
- Today is professional day for the and that means a half-day for students. There will be no kindergarten and elementary schools will release students at 12:10 p.m.; middle school at 11:30 a.m. and high school at 11 a.m.
- Wheaton College students are helping young ones in grades 1 through 3 today at 4 p.m. during the program at . Students will help children read, write and spell all while having fun.
- Today there will be at 10 a.m. for kids ages 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 at the Attleboro Public Library.
- Today is Ash Wednesday and that means will begin its fish fry beginning today and held each Friday through April 22 (during Lent) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.
- North Hockey, a non-profit hockey association, is holding its open house today from 6 to 7 p.m. on the ice at the Foxboro Sports Center.
