Historic Attleboro Entrance Back in Place

The arched gateway welcoming visitors to Capron Park was returned to its historic glory Wednesday.

A familiar sign is back in Attleboro. The arched gateway entrance to Capron Park was reinstalled Wednesday.

The metal sign and columns, which date back to 1937, were damaged in July when they were struck by a soda truck. The sign was restored. The columns are new.
