Why Go: There are a slew of top comedians slated to perform, including funny gal Stacy Yannetty and musical comedy act Rockin' Joe Hebert. Plus: Eddie Galvin, John Perrotta, Heath Jennings, Christina Thomas, Ben Horsman and Jenni Derosiers.

LIVE MUSIC AT LA ROBERTS

Where/When: 120 Chestnut St. No. Attleboro; Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26, 9 p.m. to midnight
Why Go: Ray Greene, who has sang with Aretha Franklin, Rick James and Natalie Cole, will be performing. 
Price: There is no cover charge.

GIRL TALK

Where/When: Lupo's Heartbreak Hotel 79 Washington St. Providence; Friday, Feb. 25, 8 p.m.
Why Go: Didn't you hear? A biomedical engineer turned DJ named Girl Talk plans to rock the house.
Price: Sold out, but a few tickets are still available through online outlets

BLURRED VISION/TAKE 3 WITH GOOD GRAVY AT CORINNE'S

Where/When: Corinne's Banquets at 1593 Newport Ave. Pawtucket; Friday, Feb. 25, and Saturday, Feb. 26
Why Go: It's a night out listening to "classic" rock hits.

WINTER SKY VIEWS PLANETARIUM SHOW

Where/When: Museum of Natural History at Roger Williams Park, 1000 Elmwood Ave. Providence; Now through Feb.27, 2 p.m.
Why Go: The Winter Skies show will let you discover constellations, planets, nebula and more. Video will bring attendees through black holes and star-forming nebulae. 
Price: Adults, $3; Children 4 - 7, $2; Children under 4 not admitted.
