UPDATE: Cancelled and Closed: Blame it on Irene

Wondering what is opened, closed or what has been cancelled? We will continue to update this list as information comes in. So far, we know this: 

1. Compost Center, Park and Recreational Facilities will be closed on Sunday, Aug. 28. 
2. Rubbish and recycling collection for Monday pick-up will remain the same, but do NOT place it for curbside collection before 7 a.m. Monday. 
3. The district-wide Back to School Bash at has been cancelled. Backpacks will be distributed during the first week of school. 
4. South Attleboro Lions Club has cancelled their car show that was to be held at LaSalette Shrine on Sunday, Aug. 28. 
5. at 74 North Main St. will be open, but will close at noon instead of 1 p.m. 
6. The Annual Open House at Congregation Agudas Achim in Attleboro has been rescheduled for Sunday, September 18 from 1 to 4 pm. 
7. The will not be accepting donations on Saturday or Sunday due to the hurricane.
8. The in North Attleboro has cancelled worship for Sunday morning.
