Need Care for Your Special Needs Child? F/T, P/T Available
Even though not trained nor medically qualified, many au pairs are very willing to learn about/work with special needs children. In fact, some au pairs have prior experience caring for children with special needs. All au pairs receive at least 2 hours of training dedicated to special needs.
Au Pairs can help with morning/evening routines, getting kids up & ready for the day, driving to/from school, laundry/light child-related housekeeping, back-up sick care, daily living skills, after school supervision , evening meals & bedtime routines.
Parents get the benefit of knowing their child is cared for in their own safe home environment by a dedicated member of the family. Au Pairs provide families flexible schedules & consistent expectations, while allowing a greater level of together-time & develop lifelong relationships. Au Pairs come for one year & may extend for up to a full 2nd year.
