New to the Farmers Market: Game Room

The weekly market is open Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the parking lot next to the Attleboro Public Library.

 will have dinner for two for $15 to include one pound of fresh homemade pasta (spaghetti, linguine or fettuccini), choice of alfredo, marinara or meat sauce and a homemade loaf of bread with garlic oil. For larger orders, call ahead to 508-222-3600.

Tomatoes, corn-on-the-cob, peppers, beans, cucumbers, blueberries, raspberries, beets, garlic, spring onions, potatoes, summer squash, zucchini, lettuce, Swiss chard, kale, syrup, a variety of cheeses and more will be available this week. The Attleboro Youth Commission will be on hand to provide assistance to shoppers who need as extra hand.

This week's food drive will benefit Hebron Food Pantry.

We ask that you bring healthy non-perishable and not out-of-date food products. Food items such as soups, peanut butter, canned fruits and vegetables, pastas, sauces, canned meats and toiletries such as tooth paste, toilet paper, facial tissues, shampoo and soap are welcome. Cash or check donations will also be accepted. When you make a donation, you will be entered in a drawing to win a Kindle. There will be at least two drawings during the season.

Visit the managers' tent to pick up discount coupons for New England Tire and Speedee Oil Change as well as AFM shopping bags and T-shirts for a small donation.

The Market is located in the municipal parking lot at 74 North Main Street across from the Attleboro YMCA. Free parking is available at the Sanford Street Parking Garage and Municipal Parking lot, Bank Street Municipal Parking lot, Bank Street, Hayward Street, courthouse lot, or the parking lot adjacent to the Community Garden on Riverbank Road. On-site parking will be limited.
