Fresh Catch Closes in Attleboro

The owner says he is closing because the rent and taxes are too high. He would not recommend any businesses come to Attleboro.

A moving van was in front of on Union Street in Attleboro Thursday morning as owner Bill Sarro prepared to close the restaurant after five years. Sarro told Attleboro Patch that he did not renew his lease on the property.

"In these economic times, the tough times we're in, it's not feasible with the rent and the taxes in this city to make it work," Sarro said.

He added, "I wouldn't recommend any business come to this city."
