The Attleboro Republican City Committee will hold an Open House Breakfast and Caucus on Saturday Jan. 25, to elect delegates to the 2014 Mass Republican State Convention. The Caucus program will run from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, at the American Legion Hall, 437 Newport Ave, Attleboro, MA 02703. A free pancake breakfast will be offered and the public is invited to attend.
State Representative Betty Poirier will be the guest speaker with a State House update. Attleboro Republican elected officials will be introduced. Anyone interested in membership in the Attleboro Republican City Committee can stop by and learn about opportunities to get involved.

The Attleboro Republican City Committee has two members running for State Representative with Jeff Bailey and Bert Buckley. The 2014 Massachusetts Republican State Convention will be
held in Boston at the Agganis Arena at Boston University, Boston, MA., on March
22. Republicans elected at this month's
Attleboro caucus and similar caucuses throughout the state will attend the
Convention as a delegate. Thousands of delegates and guests from across
Massachusetts are expected to attend. The Party convention will serve to
nominate Republican candidates for statewide office, and showcase the ideals
and leadership of the Massachusetts Republican Party.
Any registered Attleboro Republican as of December 2013 is eligible to be a Delegate. The person must be a resident of the Ward in which they are selected, although they do not have to be a member of the Attleboro City Committee. Delegates are elected by the Ward committee members who are present at the delegate selection meeting.
