Simon Malls in New England Host Regional Franchise Fair at Emerald Square Mallse Fair at Emerald S

Franchise Fair: Simon Malls of New England, which are owned and operated by Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE: SPG), the world’s leading retail real estate company, host the 2012 Franchise Fair in conjunction with national and local franchisors, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Small Business Development Center (SBDC), SCORE and the Boston Business Journal.

Representatives from Franchisors, in addition to several industry experts focused on the development of entrepreneurship, will take part in the region’s Franchise Fair at Emerald Square Mall. The Fair aims to provide face to face contact with quality brand Franchisors and resources to prospective entrepreneurs interested in franchise opportunities. Small business counselors from participating organizations such as SBA, SBDC, SCORE, Boston Business Journal, Banking/Lending Resources, Legal Resources and Accounting Resources will be on hand to provide tools, financing advice and general education to assist prospective franchise owners.

Mall management teams and leasing representatives from seven New England-area Simon Malls will also be present to answer questions about getting started. Participating Simon Malls include:
