Local Church Offers Services in Wake of Marathon Tragedy

All Saints' Episcopal Church in Attleboro will hold two services today and the church is open during the day for individual prayer and meditation.

Two services will take place today (Tuesday, April 16) at All Saints' Episcopal Church in Attleboro to pray for those affected by the Boston Marathon bombings.

The services, which are open to everybody, will take place at 12:30 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. The church, located at 121 North Main St. in Attleboro, will also be open during the day for individual prayer and meditation.

"We will gather as a community today to pray for those affected by the Boston Marathon bombings, and to pray for ourselves as we respond to the presence of violence and destruction in our communities and world," wrote the Rev. Dr. Meghan T. Sweeney, priest-in-charge, in an email to parishioners.
