5. There is rain in the National Weather Service's forecast, but the good thing is that there is none expected during trick-or-treating time. The forecast calls for a 40 percent chance of rain, mainly before 9 a.m. The rest of the day should be cloudy with a high near 59 and a southwest wind traveling 6 mph to 8 mph. At night, it is expected to be mostly cloudy with a low near 43 and a light south wind.
