Freshman Orientation Takes Place Tonight

Take a look at what's happening today in Attleboro and Seekonk.

1. Two orientation sessions (you only need to go to one) hosted by first-year principal Bill Runey will take place for  incoming freshmen and their families. The first one will take place at 6 p.m. and the second one at 7 p.m. at Bray Auditorium. 

2. A groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 15 Wall St. in Attleboro at 10 a.m. for the first phase of the Attleboro Redevelopment Authority's downtown revitalization project, known as the Attleboro Intermodal Transportation Facility project. Among the dignitaries expected to attend is Lt. Gov. Tim Murray.

3. The  will meet at  at 6 p.m.

4. The  will host  at 6:30 p.m.

5. Sunny skies with a high near 75 are expected today, according to the National Weather Service. At night, it is expected to be clear with a low near 51.
