Community Corner
Stud signing with Habitat for Humanity
Want to meet our Habitat family and wish them luck in their new home? Then join us on February 22, 2014 from 9 – 11 AM at 4 Gude Street in Seekonk (right on Route 44) for an old Habitat for Humanity tradition!
We invite all volunteers who have worked on the project, members of the community who have supported Old Colony Habitat’s and Kathy Coyle’s efforts, and Seekonk town officials and businesses who made the project possible to gather at the construction site, enjoy some refreshments, and leave a message of good wishes on the studs forming the interior walls of Kathy’s house.
This will give an unforgettable memory to Kathy’s family, and each participant will forever leave their mark on the timbers of the home.
