Tail Waggin' Tutors at Attleboro Library

A look at what is happening around Attleboro

1. Tail Waggin' Tutors at Attleboro Public Library: The event will begin at 9 a.m.

Kids of all ages (up to 14 years old) are invited to make an appointment to read to a certified therapy dog! Reading to a nonjudgmental, patient listener can give children the encouragement they need to improve their reading skills. The child’s confidence will grow in this relaxed environment.

Kids read in 20 minute increments and the only requirement is that the child MUST be able to read (beginning readers are welcome). To make an appointment for your child, call the Children’s Room or email Mrs. Brown.
